R2 Records - The Online Experience

R2 Records was founded by Robb Eden in 1978. The label was started, primarily, to release music by Dutch groups & singers. Many of these artistes found deals with major record companies therefore R2 ceased to exist, except for releases by Trinity ‘We Love The Pirate Stations’ and an album/single from punk band The Flyin’ Spiderz.
The rebirth of R2 has come about because, like the Dutch bands and singers who had little exposure in the UK, there are numerous unsigned bands who, through modern technology, are able to produce material to a professional standard but cannot obtain a release.
R2, in association with stromectolice.com, is proud to help these up and coming artistes by making an online platform available to them. Through these pages we hope they will benefit from exposure to a worldwide audience of discerning record buyers.
